Strait Quickstart

Welcome to Strait. This guide will walk you through authenticating your client, connecting test banks, and querying live balance payloads.

1. Authenticate with Keys

Strait keys are managed in your developer dashboard. Keys must be added in the custom request header matching x-api-key.

2. Setup Bank Routing Codes

Strait routes queries via active bank slugs. Standard playground slugs support:

• heritage-mfb — Heritage Microfinance
• lapo-mfb — LAPO Microfinance
• ab-mfb — AB Microfinance

3. Start Sandboxing

Use the interactive sandbox on the right panel to tweak query parameters, verify simulated responses, and inspect the unified formats.
